Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Pablo's Auto Spa, visiting our website, or using our services in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Pablo's Auto Spa provides mobile car detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related automotive appearance services in San Jose and surrounding areas. All services are performed on-site at your chosen location. We bring all equipment, water, and supplies — you do not need to provide anything.
Booking & Appointments
- Appointments must be booked through our website or by calling us directly.
- A valid contact number and service address are required to confirm your booking.
- We will confirm your appointment via text or email.
- Arrival windows may vary by up to 30 minutes depending on traffic and prior jobs.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances. We will notify you as early as possible.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
- Prices quoted online are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and additional services requested.
- Any price adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
You agree to disclose any known pre-existing damage to your vehicle before service begins. Pablo's Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, chips, dents, or other damage discovered during the detailing process. A pre-service inspection may be performed and documented for both parties' protection.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work and want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion and we will make it right at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
Pablo's Auto Spa is fully insured. In the event of damage caused directly by our team, we will work with you to resolve it fairly. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.
Use of Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission. We reserve the right to update our website and these terms at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Clara County, California.
